 Dominica Dive Fest

In its seventh year, Dive Fest is a week-long event geared primarily to introducing Dominicans to the world of diving and is organised by the Dominica Watersports Association (DWA). All funds generated from the event are used to ensure that the island has world-class watersports facilities. Dive Fest begins with a dinner and booze cruise and provided you don't have a hangover in the days to follow you can enjoy scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, swimming and an underwater treasure hunt. There will also be non-aquatic events such as a fashion show and a beach barbecue. The festival ends with an award and thanksgiving service and a huge beach party on Soufriere beach.
